Kenwood Oaks Guest House is a small property where every Guest reservation made is both important and special to us. We will do our utmost to ensure that your stay is memorable and relaxed, and that you will want to return again and again. Please read, understand, and adhere to our Policies listed below, and feel invited to call us with any questions.

DEPOSIT: A one night deposit or 50% of your stay, which ever is greater, is taken upon reservation.

CANCELLATION: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit, less a $25 processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice*, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

*Holidays and some weekends (such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.) require a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice.

No-shows will be held responsible for the total amount of their reservation.

PAYMENT: Please be aware that although a credit card is required to secure your reservation, we accept CASH or CHECK ONLY as payment for your stay.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: All Room Rates are based on a two person per room occupancy. If it is possible to accommodate additional Guests in your room, the cost per night is $35 per person.

CHILDREN: Children are welcome in The Cottage and must be under adult supervision. Children are not permitted in the Main House Rooms, unless special arrangements have been made.

PETS: We love animals, although pets are welcome by prior arrangement ONLY. Please call us BEFORE arriving with your pet.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in is between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Check out is 12:00 noon. If you need to arrive or check out at any different time(s), please make arrangements with us in advance.
